Delivery Charges
- Orders ৳1,000 or above: Completely free delivery
- Orders below ৳1,000: Only ৳80 delivery charge
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (may vary in special cases)
Delivery Time
- Dhaka Metropolitan: 24–48 hours
- Other district towns: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
- No deliveries on government holidays
Delivery Area
- Delivery available to all 64 districts of Bangladesh
- Via trusted courier partners including Sundarban Courier, Pathao Courier, and Redex
- Tracking information for each shipment is sent via SMS
Special Conditions
- A confirmation call will be made within 24 hours of placing your order
- Please record a video before opening the packaging upon receiving the product
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours
- Separate shipping policy may apply for flash sale products
Return & Refund Policy
