- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible.

- Perishable goods.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items without original packaging.
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made via bKash or Nagad.
Exchange Policy
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
